It was beginning to look a lot like Christmas. What the hell is up with that? I mean tomorrow is December 1st and there is no snow on the ground. It saddens me. Of course I would probably feel different if I had to shovel the stuff...
The Christmas baking continues. Although I am not sure how much candy one household needs. We have enough that if any of you don't want to bake this season you should contact me and for a small fee I can provide you with all the cookies and treats you might need this season. I think we still have 4-5 lbs of chocolate in big bricks on our counter. I wonder if one person could eat half of that by him/herself. I mean it's just sitting there...
Sometimes I feel like white trash when I buy wine in a box. But it's less than a $1 a liter. That's cheaper than gas or milk. Capt Crunch and white grenache... There's something there. I guess the old saying is true..."You can take the man out of the trailer but not the trailer out of the man."
Speaking of which, the other night at work I was dreaming of a white trash Christmas. I swear there was a tornado that went through and no one told me and all those poor people lost their trailers and had to come to my bar. "For the last time, I DON'T HAVE COORS!"
That last blurb was probably not in the Christmas Spirit, so I apologize.
COORS for the love of God!
