I got my mid-term back. 93%. Not too bad. Now if the rest of my tests go that well, I should be golden. I actually had class last night and I did not hear one word the man said. I made several "To Do" Lists (my wife is so proud of me right now), designed a deck for the new house, decorated the living room on paper, and planned out the bar for the basement. Overall a very productive class, even if I still don't know how to compare the beta's/standard deviations of different stocks and their reaction's to market trends. Oh well. I think the corporate world pays other people to do that.
Speaking of the corporate world, as if I needed another excuse not to join the rat race. Thanks. Wish there was something I could do for you. Shot?
Yesterday was quite a lazy day. T came into town and we went to lunch, then off to Sam's Club for new tires. It was very manly. Until we bought the wrong ones. Then it all went into the shitter. Then off to see the new house (coming along swimmingly thank you), then home to finally rest up before class. Ah, what a day. (Let me know when you're free for lunch again.)
I work tonight (5:30-close), but only if the laundry gets done on time. Then Friday (with my work Nay-nay) 6-close, and Saturday (with the fat-slapper) 8-close. Come on down. I may need the support on Friday as there is a band, and Saturday, well, just cause.
Thanks JW. I actually got that one. Here's one for you now...jackass. Pant-licker. When are you coming back into town? Man, it's been forever. You are running out of excuses. The visa is in, which means that the trip is coming, which means the big day is approaching, which means that soon a whole bunch of drunken men are going to have to get together soon and toast you. Volunteers? That's what I thought.
