First and foremost. The pearl from the necklace was found. Then lost again. Then found again. It is now sitting at home until it can be fixed. At some point in the not to distant, though not immediate future.
The hives are back (again last night) and that makes several outbreaks in a short time, so once again I am heading back to Dr. Al and seeing what he can do for me. Last night was a rough one. No hospital visits, but my right eye swelled shut, the inside of my cheeks broke out, I think my gums did too. My hands, feet and..*cough*...the nethers were covered in itchy red hives. All in all, not so good. Nothing like 9 Benadryl floating through your system. Today has been a routine of an hour of work and then a 10 minute rest. Not too sure about the Y tonight (I think that's the cause of all these breakouts), but I do know that Culver's has a good custard flavor today.
The 'eating new things' saga continues. I tried alligator tail the other night at Champaign Charlie's. If you go, I would recommend it. Try it with the portabella mushrooms on dirty rice. Mmmmmm....dirty.
Work is work, and it makes me tired. Mix in a few crappy bands and its a bartender's delight. Sunday was actually very fun though. Those of you not familiar with "creole polka" music should check it out. Nothing like seeing dirty hippies, trying to do their dirty hippy dance/hop/sway/arm flail to polka. Worth a laugh anyways.
About wings. I'm not really into The Bar for The Super Bowl, but any other time and I'm there.
