The weekend has come and gone, and it was well worth the wait. I spent the weekend with the family in Door County for my dad's surprise 60th party. It was very nice. I got to go swimming with my nieces, go out to eat a lot, and throw things off the balcony on to my sister and her "special friend" while they tried to sleep. We were missing one member of the family which was too bad, but all in all, just what the doctor ordered.
It wasn't really what the doctor ordered, because if it was, I still wouldn't be congested, or have two ear infections, or have spent the weekend in various forms of hive outbreaks. I'm falling apart at the seams here kids. So it's back to Dr. Al tomorrow for another round of "poke and prode" to see if they can find anything.
In the plus column, it's spring break and that means no class this week. Which should allow me to finish (read: start), my giant end-paper for the class. And, my beautiful wife just got me 4 Mr. Bean PEZ all the way from England. Talk about the cat's ass. My wife and the Pez both are.
Alright, time to take my medicines and prepare myself for a short spring nap. Seems this lastest round of medci (that's jive for 'medicine') makes me very sleepy. Good thing there is no heavy machinery in my house.
