Is it time for a nap yet? Seriously. I don't know why I have been so damned tired lately. Could be the fact that I have gotten up before the sun the last couple days. And it's not that I don't find the sunrise a pretty site, it's more the fact that I am more used to see them while going to bed. But as IP mentioned, school is coming around the corner and so we are getting into that routine. C has been at school approximately 30 hours in the last three days and I don't see that figure going down anytime soon. Don't you just love the people that think teachers have three months of complete freedom? You know what we call those teachers? Bad. Alright, enough.
My niece has a birthday on Wednesday, so Happy Birthday Shelby. And even though school starts the same day as her birthday, she is still excited. It seems to me that I would dread that more than when they used to check your teeth for tartar with those little red pills, but what do I know. But Happy Birthday, and thanks for letting me burn the CD we gave you. Before you could even listen to it.
Thirty days until I'm 28. For whatever reason, that's a big number to me. I'm not sure why. I have a wife that loves me, great friends, a beautiful house (with an almost paid for deck) and now a dog. But it still seems like a big deal that I'm turning 28. Oh well. Maybe it is because I can drink on this birthday. (For those of you who have forgotten, I was NA last year for health reasons. Miller brewing having just recovered). So I think we should have another party. Mrs. Jones and I have some details to work out, but I'll let you know.
And for those of you who are interested, though I am sure that is probably no one, Hobby Lobby has started putting up their Christmas decor. It's fun. If anyone wants a guided tour of what Hobby Lobby has, and what I have from there, please let me know and a time can be figured out. Possibly with lunch.
