I got my stitches out today. I've had more fun before. Apparently the doctor used heavy-duty thread to sew me back together again. AND, while the nurse couldn't "pry apart the skin", she did think it best if I had some steri-strips on there for a few days.
"Excuse me, madam? Are you supposed to be trying to pry apart the healed skin? I didn't think so, because it kind of hurts."
Don't worry. She'll get hers.
