I still have the aches and the chills. Now I think I can add the beginnings of a sore throat. I have therefore decided that I have mono. Or, it could be that I sleep on three pillows, the house is 66 degrees and I snore a lot. Either way, it has been a rough morning so far.
AND, Merry 12th Day of Christmas! Where did the season go? And no, there are no lords a' leaping, maids a' milking or french hens. Dissappointed? You bring them next time, I brought them last year.
That's not true.
But that means that Christmas can now officially come down. The Magi have come and brought all the wonderful gifts that a newborn needs. Especially the Myrrh. I understand that in a pinch Myrrh acts wonderfully for a crib. Anyway, I'm thinking Christmas should come down in a timely manner this year. Mark my words, the tree will come down before February. Though it has not yet been determined if the tree in the basement will come down, or just stay up for another year.
I think it's mono.
