Whew! It has been a week! Menard's is coming along good, though in the four weeks that I have worked there, I have taken a total of 10 minutes in breaks. They never tell me when to go. Maybe I should be more assertive. Though I am losing weight by working like the fiend that I am. That, and by moving water softener salt. How much water softener salt you ask? Over a ton. Really. I counted the the bags, multiplied it by the weight of the bags, and found that I moved more than a ton of salt. Feel the burn. (shaking fist) FEEL IT! That and I come home smelling like wood, which C seems to like.
Valentine's Day was nice. There was some work at the Menard's, then Chris and I went out to eat at the local Applebee's. Fiesta lime chicken rocks my world. Check it out. It may just rock yours as well. Then off to Corleone's bar in the greater downtown Kaukauna area. I highly recommend the bar if you're in the area. They don't allow t-shirts of caps though. But they specialize in martinis and they have fun pictures of Frank, and Deano and Sammy up all over the bar. It was so nice to actually spend Valentine's Day with my wife. No offense to the crowd I usually spend it with at the bar.
