Right off the bat, let's all celebrate the fact that I am done with school. That's right. I have completed all the necessary education required, and the fine University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh is going to give me a Master's. Don't worry, you don't have to call me anything different. I mean, if you really wanted to, I would let you call me Master Craig, but really that's only something I hear when the wife and I roleplay "I Dream of Jeannie". Anyway... I have a Master's, and finally don't have to do any more school work. There is a huge sense of relief that comes with that statement. What am I going to do with it? Nothing really. I might get a chair with arms at work, but other than that, nothing really. Screw you.

The question than becomes, what do we do to celebrate? Well presents are nice. My wonderful wife went and got me this. Jealous much? I thought so. But what about a party? Well, I never like to dissappoint, so we're throwing around a couple of ideas. Beer gardens, Whop Party at the P... We'll see, and I will keep you informed.

The tree is down, but the outside lights are still up. Again, screw you. I'll get to it.

My mom has shingles right now, and it is not treating her well. She had to move onto straight codine to deal with the pain, and has to use a walker to help her get around the house. She also has a blister rash to deal with. Not fun. What is fun is to call her up and talk to her, because sometimes she forgets what she is talking about. It's something that I can laugh at, but would probably feel bad about doing to an old person. OldER person...

I got the new car. I have a shiny Intrepid again, and it's lovely. Here's hoping I can keep it nice for more than three months.

Finally, I was thinking about the number of concerts that have been coming to the area, and decided I would make a list of concerts that I would like to see before I die:

1. Barenaked Ladies
2. Tom Waits (but only in a small bar somewhere)
3. Roger Whitaker at Christmas time
4. Jimmy Buffet
5. Peter, Paul and Mary (and no, I am not 80 years old).

I miss the lists we used to post.
