"CGM, two posts so close together?"

"Yeah, suck it."

First, I have come to find that I am a jogger in a fat man's body. Every other day I'm out there jogging a mile in the early morning hours. To boot, I enjoy it, AND I'm not being chased. Crazy.

Second, I just got pulled over for speeding. Thanks to my spotless record though, I escaped with only a written warning. Thank you very much Officer Yi.

Third, C has taught our two nieces about betting and dares. It turns out for $1 (American) you can pump one squirt of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray-butter into a 5 year old's mouth. If she goes first, then the 7 year old will have to take two squirts of that vile liquid for $1. I know what you're thinking, "What about when you have kids of your own?" Don't worry, I'll warp them just as bad. I'm a Moore, it's what we do.

Finally, I want to admit, to you my loyal readers, that I have a sickness/compulsion/obsession. It's called "Christmas Music". I know that might come as a shock to some of you, but it's true. To feed my sickness, C packed three Christmas cd's for our trip to MI this past weekend. So, we're listening to our third Christmas cd (Roger Whitaker) and all of the sudden, all we can smell is pine tree (C will point out that they aren't just Christmas trees...in fact they are year-round trees). That was strange, it is July. The final leg of the journey we kept getting these waves of pine tree scent. As we are pulling up to the camp, we notice that the ground is white. Odd. As we get out, we realize that it hailed to the point of accumulation. Well, that plus the music plus the smell of pine leads me to this:

4.5 months until Christmas.

Suck it for shaking your head. Smile dammit! It's almost Christmas.
