Sorry about the delay in posts. I wasn't sure how, what and when I wanted to say anything, but here it goes. We had another doctor's appointment today. It went...ok. That seems like an odd description, but given the vast extremes we are working with, it seems...appropriate. C and I had a ton of questions, and our doctor is very good about trying to explain everything and taking his time with us. After the questions, and a few tears, we had another ultrasound. I have a feeling this ultrasound is what "normal" ultrasounds are like. By that I mean, it didn't last longer than an hour. We saw our little girl again. And we saw her eyes and nose. As far as I can tell, it's not a Gehlhoff nose. She's a curled up in a ball, because she reallly doesn't have anywhere to go, and because she can't really move right now. She grew a little bit over the last ultrasound, but not at the rate one would expect. Her heartbeat is strong, though it seems that she still might have a little trouble with it. At one point there was talk that there was a little hole in one of the chambers, but we can't be sure. But she's there, and I'm sure she's beautiful.

Now we have some pretty big decisions to make. There's a lot of information to digest, and I'm not sure I want to be this grown up. Given all that's coming, we'll take all your prayers and thoughts. If there are any prayers of wisdom that you know, now is the time to say them.
